This is family friendly with everything available. Please note the only issue is if you are flying and also not renting a car, which was our situation. Make room for beach towels and just like Missy’s description states, the on-site restaurant is not available to you. You have to walk maybe 12-15 minutes up the road and there are a ton of restaurants there. Our kids LOVED the lazy river and heated pools. We made meals in the condo with ease. Balcony has a prime view with coffee or the flashlights on the beach at night!

This was the perfect location for our beach getaway. Missy was incredibly proactive and everything about the stay was amazing!

Missy’s place was not a bad spot to rent, but the building was not a place I would rent with children. I ended up leaving after one night. She has many rentals, I must’ve picked a bad one.

I definitely recommend Missy, she was very responsive and helpful. We got into town a day early and she was able to get things set up for us to change our rental agreement for an extra night! The area is beautiful, the view from the balcony was our favorite. It was too chilly for the pool, but we enjoyed lots of time each night in the hot tub. When visiting Myrtle Beach, we will check this rental first.

Beautiful location facing the ocean. Can see sunrise on clear skies. Quiet clean area. Easy to find parking and easy to navigate.

Overall 5 star stay for the price! beautiful view of the ocean. Outdoor pools stated they are heated but definitely not heated to comfortable temp for Feb. We often travel at "off season" times and these were the coldest "heated" pools we have ever been in 😆..there was a small indoor but it was crowded.

The Unit was beautiful, well located perfectly for our activities. Choices for great dining were near in both directions of Hwy 17. The decor was lovely and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. The choice of coffee maker-types was incredible. Sitting on the balcony was comfortable on the furniture, located there. Easy to get to and from the beach, from the resort. The resort is quiet and peaceful. The laundry was very clean, and safe to use. Five Stars is not a high enough rating for this unit! Thank you Missy, for the best vacation, ever.

I've stayed at several condos in SC and Missy is hands down the most responsive host I have encountered ! This condo has great views from the living room. They were upgrading the decks during our stay, it will be a nice upgrade for the exterior of the building.

The view of the ocean, from the living room, is breathtakingly beautiful. The place is peaceful, clean, tranquil, close to all the cool stuff you’d want and need at the beach. I was able to cook and order delivery depending on the day and my mood. Missy was extremely helpful and accommodating to any questions I had, which weren’t many.
