June 2025 3.00You book this room for the view and the access to the beach, it is great for that! But, if you're planning on bringing more than a swimsuit/towel, there is little to no storage. The dresser was tiny and needs cleaned and the closet was full of the owner's items (pictures, spare decor items, an area rug). It's also a good condo if you plan to fully eat at the nearby restaurants. There was no storage space for food, outside of the microwave or fridge. The convection oven did work as promised, but I would try and avoid the stove. It took over an hour to boil water. Also be prepared for the onslaught of sand. There were brooms, but guests did not have access to a vacuum, so it just kind of stayed there. If you use the bathroom, avoid looking at the ceiling, as the vent was missing and you could see the mold (?) on the vent. Bathroom: leaky ceiling and drain problems. AC leaked onto the end table in the bedroom too. Again, the view was nice to enjoy (when other guests weren't smoking).

May 2025 3.00Missy was a wonderful host and very responsive! She had many great recommendations and was very open and honest with her opinion, which I loved! Missy answered all of my questions and made check-in a breeze. She even included a detailed video with pictures upon arrival. The space itself was fairly clean. I love that this condo had security that walked the building our entire stay. The staff at this facility were super kind and helpful as well! Thank you Missy!!!
