• Living Area: A comfortable full-sized sofa provides a cozy spot to relax after a day at the beach.
• Kitchenette: Your well-equipped kitchenette includes a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, and a standard coffee maker for your morning brew. Please note, there is no oven.
• Bathroom: A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a double vanity. We provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion for your convenience.
• Private Balcony: Step outside to your private balcony. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching breathtaking, unobstructed sunrise views over the ocean.

• Laundry: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available for guest use on the 'P' Level of the resort.

• Beach Gear: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included with the condo but are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-duty lifeguards on the beach.

• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
