This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and relaxation for up to eight guests. LIVING & DINING: The open-concept living area features comfortable seating for five, a 50” Smart TV for entertainment, and direct access to the private balcony through large sliding glass doors. The adjacent dining area offers spectacular ocean views as you enjoy meals prepared in the modern, fully equipped kitchen. KITCHEN: - Full-size stove and oven - Microwave - Refrigerator - Drip coffee maker, and toaster - All necessary cookware and utensils BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: - Main Bedroom: Features one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious closet. - Guest Bedroom: Includes two luxurious queen-sized beds, a Smart TV, and a spacious closet. - Both bathrooms are clean, modern, and stocked with a starter set of bath towels. Whether you're driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away! - STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a trash bag. You will likely need to purchase additional supplies for the duration of your stay. - LINENS & TOWELS: Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. A mid-stay towel and linen swap-out service is available for an additional fee upon request. - BEACH SUPPLIES: Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as these are not provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also not included with the unit but are available for seasonal rental directly on the beach from the on-duty lifeguards. - RENTAL AGREEMENT AND DAMAGE WAIVER: We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay. - PARKING LIMITATIONS: Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, RV's and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck. Any overnight parking fees are set and collected by the resort front desk and are not managed by the host.
