Linens and bath towels are included. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for guest use. * Items to Bring: Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as they are not provided by the host or the resort. * Extended Stays: This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings. Please inquire for more details. * Oversized vehicles will need to park in the expanded resort parking area and this is purchased through the front desk. * No trailers, motorcycles, or RVs are allowed on the resort property. * RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
