To ensure you have a wonderful stay, please be aware of the following important details: Water Features: The indoor pools are heated for your year-round enjoyment. The outdoor pools are seasonal and not heated. Parking Restriction: Parking is strictly limited to one (1) vehicle on the property. No exceptions can be made. Resort Amenity Exclusions: - Onsite restaurants - Tiki bar and coffee shop) - Bowling center - Game room - Gift shop - Laundry facility - Business center - Fitness center Note: All other water features available Due to limited parking, the resort only allows one (1) vehicle on the property. NOTE: The Outdoor Pools will not be heated Oct 31 to March 1st, but indoor pool is heated year-round RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
