For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items. * Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement must be completed within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional security deposit. * No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are permitted in the resort parking area per Tilghman beach and Racquet Resort HOA rules.
