For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. * First Floor Convenience: The condo is located on the first floor, with easy access via elevators. * Parking Restrictions: Per Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club HOA guidelines, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking area. * Rental Agreement & Damage Protection: To finalize your reservation, you must complete our required rental agreement within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages. No security deposit is required.
