The condo was as described. My one issue was the closures of the lazy river for most of the week and main hot tub on the days we really needed it as it was during the colder part of the week.
This place place was beyond what I expected from unit to the view just amazing . My family enjoyed the pool and beach. This was my 3 month old first time at the beach, and everyone was helpful opening and holding doors when we was there.Parking was great and that’s rare so yes this place was again beyond what I expected . Thanks again for a nice stay. Ms.Missy

Our stay was wonderful, listing matched exactly what was offered. Our host was on top of communicating asking if things were going well and if we needed anything additional.
The unit is old and not very comfortable.
The apartment had a direct view of the ocean and the balcony was wonderful. It was clean the beds were very comfortable. When we first got there the TVs didn’t work but we contacted them and they sent a gentleman out right away and he put a new TV in. My only concern is there are steps in the apartment which could be an issue for those who cannot traverse them.
It’s always clean and Missy and her group always respond quickly to any questions or concerns. They are wonderful hosts. I’d go 5 stars all across but they owners not the team need to update the place some. It’s would be so much nicer with some newer paint and touching up. Other than that, perfect
Our stay with Myrtle Stays Vacation Rentals was wonderful! The room matched the description perfectly, and it was very clean upon our arrival. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. Would absolutely book with them again! 10/10 experience :).

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Myrtle Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Myrtle Stays will match it.
