GETTING AROUND
Bay Watch Resort is conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach, making it easy to explore the area by car, rideshare, or even on foot.

Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.
Whether you're driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away!

PARKING LIMITATIONS:
Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck. Any overnight parking fees are set and collected by the resort front desk and are not managed by the host.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

• Cleaning & Sanitization: The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop.
• Parking Passes: Parking passes will be available for you upon arrival.
• Host Availability: Our team is available to assist promptly with any special requests or questions during your stay.
• Resort Entertainment: Bay Watch Resort offers seasonal entertainment options, especially during the summer months.
• Extended Stays: Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.
• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
