• We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop.

• Linens and towels are included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.

• Bay Watch Resort also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as seasonal entertainment options.

• Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.

• The Indoor Lazy River in Tower 1 and Tower 1 pool are currently under renovations until further notice.

• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

• Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property. Oversize vehicles would need to park in the oversized parking deck and it is a fee determined by the resort’s front desk.
