It comes equipped with: * Full stove/oven * Microwave * Keurig coffee maker * Toaster * Blender Enjoy your meals at the dining table with the ocean as your perfect backdrop. **Sleeping Arrangements:** * Main Bedroom: One (1) king-sized bed and a Smart TV. * Living Room: One (1) double Murphy bed. Guests will have full, private access to the entire condo and its private balcony. Self-check-in is simple and convenient with a keyless entry keypad, so you can start your vacation without delay. Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort. Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area. Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby. Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited. Whether you're driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away! **Check-in Process:** Please note that you will bypass the front desk, as they are not associated with our private rental. Our team is available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay. **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter kit of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you settled in. **Linens & Towels:** Linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. **Beach Gear:** Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but are available for seasonal rental on the beach from the lifeguards. PARKING LIMITATIONS: Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck and there is no other option provided by the resort. RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
