Our key cards to get in and out of the parking garage were missing and were not delivered until 3pm the next day.  This made carrying our luggage in really difficult since there was no parking on the lower level with small kids. The whole family had to go to the door at the garage to open it for the person carrying the luggage. Remotes were missing batteries, lamps missing lightbulbs, extra blankets for the murphy bed had to be hunted for, old food left in the oven and the trash can was very dirty. The room and building smelled of marijuana and the bed closest to the door is so squeaky and loud, it should be replaced.  We did our best to be comfortable and make the most of our trip. A good deep clean, a double check of basic hotel needs and a new mattress would make this a 5 star stay." (6/5)
