The comfortable living area invites you to relax with a 40” Smart TV fully equipped for your entertainment with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Apple TV, and more. For a quiet evening, you'll also find a selection of books to enjoy.

The updated kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare a homemade meal, including a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. Enjoy your creations at the dining table for three, with the beautiful coastline as your backdrop.

Step out onto your private balcony to soak in the panoramic views of the pools and the Atlantic Ocean from one of the four cozy chairs. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

**Rental Agreement**
To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within 1 hour of reserving the property. This agreement includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
